ACASC & FICS Affiliation Update (12/8/25)
After December 31st, 2025 the ACASC will conclude its long-standing role as the FICS National Chiropractic Sports Council (NCSC) for the United States. For many years, ACASC membership has included a complimentary FICS membership.
This will not affect ACASC members’ involvement in LA28 (Olympic & Paralympic Games) or any scheduled FICS events. Chiropractors in the USA may pursue involvement in LA28 through multiple avenues:
FICS, in coordination with the organizing committee
USA National Governing Body
National Governing Body from another country
The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee
Involvement with an International Sports Federation
The LA28 local organizing committee (independent from FICS)

Both organizations remain committed to the shared belief that every athlete deserves access to sports chiropractic. This transition simply reflects FICS’ global restructuring to ensure all doctors have equal access to professional opportunities. This follows a collaborative agreement with ACASC and reflects FICS’ global commitment to One World – One Team – One FICS.
